About Enterprise Diversified:
Enterprise Diversified is a publicly traded holding company (OTC: ENDI) focused on acquiring cash-flow stable lower middle market businesses to hold and grow long term. As part of an exciting new strategy with $120mm in capital to deploy, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in establishing and nurturing relationships with business advisors and brokers to identify and acquire businesses aligned with our investment criteria. This role is integral to the success of our new $120 million fund strategy, and there are opportunities for career growth into more analytical or operational roles as we deploy capital.

While majority of the role is deal sourcing, previous interns have gotten to see the deal process from sourcing to close, and get to touch all parts of a deal process. This is almost unheard of in any internship and will give you invaluable work experience if you are with us long term (e.g. 12 months).

Responsibilities:
Identify and Cultivate Relationships:
- Identify business advisors and investment banks with quality deal flow that meets our investment criteria.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors and brokers to enhance our deal-sourcing network.
Pipeline Management:
- Utilize our CRM system (Hubspot) to build and manage a comprehensive pipeline.
- Implement systematic follow-up procedures to ensure consistent communication with business advisors.
Team Infrastructure and Process Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance team infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CEO, CFO, and Director) to improve communication, project management, and overall efficiency.
