E-Commerce Manager
The Founder Palace is looking for a driven, hands-on E-Commerce Manager who will take the lead in developing and executing strategies for the growth of our portfolio of products. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling our consumer product portfolio on various e-commerce platforms. This is an opportunity to be hands-on in every aspect of the business, from product listing and optimization to driving sales strategies, marketing, customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure the business's success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy and Management:
- Lead the strategy, development, and growth of our e-commerce stores across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability.
- Implement best practices in e-commerce, including A/B testing, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion optimization, and customer journey mapping.

Marketing and Sales:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Optimize product visibility and ranking on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze and leverage data and analytics to continually optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.

Product and Brand Management:
- Collaborate with the product team to define and refine the product portfolio, including working on packaging, product photography, and descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a compelling brand presence on all e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and implement pricing and promotion strategies to increase conversion rates and customer retention.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands and driving sales growth across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) and online sales strategies.

- Ability to execute on e-commerce strategy, manage multiple product portfolios, and lead growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
