Development Strategies Professional Summer Program
๐๐ฒ๐ผ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒโ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ gives participants the opportunity to become full members of our consulting team. The PSP allows candidates to experience the real world of consulting while discovering what a future with GeoAdaptive is like. Our impact-driven program is 10-12 weeks long, from early June to mid August 2025 (exact dates can be determined based on candidates availability and academic needs/requirements). This program is completely remote, however in-person workshops may be offered.ย
As a Professional Summer Program participant you will gain exposure to the various aspects and general operations of a multidisciplinary firm. The projects at GeoAdaptive are interdisciplinary, and project teams bring together team members from different disciplines and backgrounds to address the full complexity of a project and formulate an interdisciplinary solution. Summer Program Participants will tackle projects alongside our world-class team, with the opportunity to make a real impact on countries' development prospects. You will be a member of the team, working closely with other team members across disciplines to think critically about development challenges.
We highly value candidates with analytical skills that allow them to consider the multi-sectoral complexities of a project. Additionally, we recognize that a candidateโs specific experience, training, skills, and interests will support their contributions to our team in a multidisciplinary setting. Some of the areas in which we work are:
- Economics, Data Analysis, and Public Policy
- Management, Finance, and Marketing
- Urban and Landscape Design
- Planning, Engineering, and Data Analysis
- Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure
Please note that while this program is fully remote, participants must reside in one of the following states during the program to be eligible for consideration: Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois, Florida, or Colorado.ย
