The Technology Early Talent Program guides and mentors students with development opportunities and experiences that support your career interests while also driving the business forward. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with diverse teams and functions across the company. You will interact with Ally’s leadership and learn from their personal successes. You will gain the experience to know what it means to be an Ally.
This is a full-time employment opportunity that begins with a 24-month rotational exploration designed to uncover your potential, advance your technical skills, and jumpstart your career in technology.

Rotational opportunities included in:
IPRM: Information Protection & Risk Management
- IPRM administers and executes information protection, disaster recovery, and tech risk management. IPRM is designed to ensure that the technology and information assets Ally relies on are recoverable, secured and protected in compliance with various state, federal, and international regulations and laws.
The Skills You Bring
Required Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, or other relevant field of study (graduating between July 2025 and June 2026). Those who went straight from undergrad to grad school and graduate during that timeframe may also be considered.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Previous tech internship experience or relevant tech project work is preferred.
- Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part-time roles, hackathons, etc.).
